After spending frustrating years with other trainers I began working out with Bryan in August of 2017. I love Bryan's holistic approach to working out. His nursing knowledge is very effective at preventing injury while still getting a serious workout. Not only has my body becomes more fit and toned, I am not suffering from low back pain and joint pain like I have with previous trainers.
